How Long Do I Have To Make A Return or Exchange?

You have a maximum of 21 days from the date of your purchase to make a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges after 21 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

 

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return or Exchange Something?

  • Return Shipping is free if you find the clothes received are damaged or not correct, you can contact 'Custom Support' to return the item.
  • Return Shipping caused by other reasons or Exchange Shipping is NOT free, customers should pay for the express fee. Please also ask 'Custom Support' for help.

Important Notice

  • Eligible goods which are must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging can be exchanged and returned.

  • Besides, all tags and receipt of the original goods must be intact.

  • If it doesn't fit any of these terms, the customer should responsible for the products and no refund will be issued.

 

How do I return the item(s)?

    1. Go to "My Orders" and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details".
    2. Then click the "Quick Return" button, select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason
    3. After we see that, our customer service will email you ASAP and send you the address, then you can pack the item(s) and ship it(them)
    4. Send us the tracking number, and after we receive the item(s), we will refund you in 3-5 business days
    Important Notice
    • Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.

     

    When will get my refund?

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
    • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

    NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact 'Customer Support' within 30 days after your purchase date.
